Roscoe does his best to put on a serious face from time to time, but you know it comes just before the smile breaks out.
Roscoe knows his bestest buddy HRH Little Prince Typhoon is the serious one of the pair, but he does his best to appear focused sometimes. It never lasts, though, because that big grin will pop out within second, so enjoy this look just before the smile.
