Extra Boys’ Walk

We have learned the secret to getting an extra boys’ walk…misbehave in the house and Hu-Dad suggests we need to burn off some energy.

The boys—and only the boys—get an extra walk.

Our afternoon walk got cut a little short by a small thunderstorm that rolled through the area. Cheoah had had plenty of walking and was resting, but the boys were being rambunctious. Hu-Dad decided an extra boys’ walk was in the plans.

We are fortunate to have this terrific greenway running right by the entrance to the neighborhood. It snakes for quite a ways, but we take it down to the state park entrance and back several times a day. And, sure enough, when we got back, the boys were ready to settle down for the evening.
