Hu-Dad was working hard in his study when the furry wonders called for a break, so we had a Roscoe Timeout during the workday.

Friday was rainy and dreary here, washing away our precious snow and making for lots and lots of mud (you may hear Hu-Dad sighing in the background). Don’t worry, we still have inches of snow on the ground (Hu-Dad sighed again), but it still made for a boring day. We had to hang out with Hu-Dad in his study while he worked. (There it is again – a really big sigh).

We would love to share photos of the next few minutes when Siberian chaos reigned. Unfortunately, it’s dark and gloomy here and Hu-Dad didn’t have his flash and all of the photos came out quite blurry. All we can share is the final photo when the zoomies stopped.

I know where Roscoe P Coltrane comes from -the Dukes of Hazard. My fav show and my husband’s when we were growing up. I love basset hounds and so of course Flash was my favorite.
Yep, another daddie’s boy.
Some have been calling him Roscoe P Wootrane ????
That was one of my first thoughts as well when I heard the name Roscoe 😛
I want to call him Roscoe P Coltrane!! Wonder if anyone knows what show that came from. !!!!
Smartest dogs around when it is time to take a break. My daughter has one that pushes in the keyboard on the computer and sits and says “OK time to go”. Roscoe is so sweet.
POOR Hu-Dad-the Herd really gave you a FUN day yesterday I see. LOVE Roscoe’s head in your lap trick!!! I hope today’s weather is better BUT it’s now here and raining VERY hard!
