When humans are discussing recall in dogs, they recommend the command “Come Here.” That doesn’t work with Landon’s lack of recall.
When we say Landon has a “lack of recall,” we should explain our vocabulary. You might have thought this story had something to do with our refusal to go to the humans when they shout “Come here!” We are Siberian Huskies, so we notoriously refuse to comply with such requests. But in today’s case, Hu-Dad asked if Landon remembered the discussions about not sleeping on the human guest bed, especially with muddy paws. Landon responded he didn’t recall those conversations. Vague promises may have been made about future compliance.

If our guests don’t like dogs sleeping with them, then they are not allowed to come over. I reached a point in my life that I said, my house, my dogs, my rules.
He was just testing the bed to make sure all was okay with the bed and future visitors would be comfortable! ?
The pillows in our guest bedrooms constantly throw themselves on the floor… they did manage to behave and stay on the bed till Friday morning after Thanksgiving.
Hu-Dad-Do you REALLY expect Landon to remember that discussion about the guest bed??? Sibes have selective memory as well as hearing-lol.
