We have really whiny humans. You see, they took Thursday and Friday off last week and took us to the beach. And this week, they also get Thursday and Friday off because of Thanksgiving. So where is the complaint? They say they have to work so hard this Monday through Wednesday to make up for the missed work days that they have not had any time to post on the blog. Isn’t that pathetic?
It isn’t like we aren’t working hard. Here Kiska and Kodiak guard the sun to keep it from running away while Rusty does his best to soak up the rays (Remember, Rusty is the Siberian who does not like to get cold but loves snow):
And here you can see that Qannik is also on the job by watching inside the house for any movement of our whiny humans. Well, sort of you can see. Our other job is to take all of the mud that has been created by the nightly snow falls followed by day time melts and create fantastic paw art on the windows. We think we have done a fantastic job this week, don’t you?

Hurricane Helene was a monster storm, but the way it hit Western North Carolina couldn’t have been much worse.

Happy Thanksgiving, evfurrybody!
We didn’t get turkey today. The Girl says that because we’re in Canada, we had Thanksgiving in October. I don’t find that relevant to the question of turkey at all!

Woo Thundering Herd! At this point we have much more to complain about than our humans, They are getting ready to go to the beach and they will leave us languishing in some “doggy hotel”…. sheesh.
Of course, they complain plenty anyway. Like, no time to cook Thanksgiving dinner since they have to pack, and the leftovers will spoil anyway. Don’t they know we can help with that?? And they are wasting time fiddling with some plastic thingy that looks like a tree in the middle of our living room.
We have the day off since there are no sun rays to guard. Hope woo guys don’t work too hard!!

I think that hoomans just like to complain. The Girl is complaining this week about EVERYTHING, and we haven’t had any adventures at all. I think I should be the one complaining!
