Either that, or the Hu-Dad, like me, has had the lecture from the vet about canine obesity. And the show and tell with the little wheel gadget that shows how much weight gain (in pounds) on a dog is equivalent to a human’s weight gain (in pounds.)

Of course, the Herd gets a lot of exercise, which helps.

Kiska, I can’t believe you don’t get pizza bones and other tasty treats every single day with those eyes! The Hu-Dad must have a heart of stone! 😛

IS there a reason the pictures on their individual pages don’t work? I went to reread about Kiska (yeah yeah I reread those now and then) and none of the side pics were around.

She is such a pretty ladydog. It always surprises me when I see a picture that shows she is not a little girl but rather tall. 🙂

Yes, there is a long, technical explanation. But let’s try the short one first – the hu-dad is lazy.

The slightly longer version is that the Theme we use to work in WordPress had a cool hook that allowed you to have one set of pictures rotate through in a single spot. Very slick. Except, through an upgrade they did, it killed that hook and they replaced with another hook. The hu-dad has not gone out to build that hook because the theme promised another huge upgrade this January which is out, but not loaded yet on our pages. And why build this hook when it will just need to be re-built once the upgrade is done?

Let’s go back to the short explanation. The hu-dad is lazy.

P.S. – Oh, yes, Miss Kiska is quite the tall Sibe.

Okay, so it IS all your fault! tsk tsk! I am sad! For example, reading that old post the other day you linked us to linked us to some of your former furry animals and I was sad not to see their pictures…

        But OH WELL!!!

        Hu-dad, get unlazy! 🙂
(of course I am one to speak – I don’t keep a fabulous blog that has new posts every single day so who is the lazy one here?)

(Kiska has the most beautiful face!) I’m guessing she might be wishing she had shorter hair, with summer coming up. I know me’n Ice wish we could start blowing coat. Maybe good thing we aren’t, tho’, ’cause we woke up to about five inches of wet, heavy snow on the ground this morning. Incredible weather here in Dawson Creek BC. On Thursday, it was +17C (62F) here, today it was +1C (34F)

No, I couldn’t resist Kiska for a minute. She is the truest beauty of your pack and one I love to read about.

    Kisses, Kiska!
