A rainy weekend may have crimped our outdoor games, but Roscoe still found time to get into the zoomie zone for a few laps.
We have had an absolute soaker of a weekend with several inches of rain and still falling as of writing time Sunday evening. That certainly isn’t our preferred weather for outdoor games, but Roscoe decided a few zoomie laps were still absolutely necessary yesterday evening.
A few pacer laps got the blood flowing and then speed was turned up several notches. And the faster the run, the bigger the smile.
The next few laps became serious as the speed intensified. Concentration was required on the wet grass and the focus became intense. That’s how you know he was in the zone.
Movie Memory Monday
Our grass was just cut late last week, but all of the rain has made it grow rapidly. Hu-Dad will cut it again early next week, but we decided to go back a couple of years to a video of the grass being cut and the Fresh Cut Grass games in full swing.

Hurricane Hugo Memories
September 21, 2024
Thirty-five years ago, a massive storm hammered our region and left a path of destruction, leaving us with Hurricane Hugo memories.
Oh Roscoe! Your smile and just generally happy demeanor absolutely melt my heart ????????
Roscoe was just putting the rabbits on notice.
Happy to see Roscoe doesn’t mind the rain too much. It does get depressing day after day here on the east coast but seeing his happy smile does help.
I know I have this before Hu-Dad but Roscoe is he BEST example to people of why rescue’s are so wonderful. Roscoe is showing his happiness with the zoomies and the BIG smiles he has. I also loved the movie Monday with Landon and Frankie!!! Every week I look forward to these great videos!!
