More Distracting Than Squirrels

What could possibly be more distracting than squirrels? Frankie and Typhoon declare foul with quacking and flapping water fowls.

Wait! They yelled at us!

Wait! They yelled at us!

During our walk yesterday along the lake shore, we were distracted by lots of critters. But the ducks did more than just swim and flap their wings. They quacked!

Did they just call us some fowl names?

Did they just call us some fowl names?

We are used to a lot of wildlife, much that protests our right to walk among them. But these feathered beasts expressed their displeasure quite loudly. And the louder they became, the more distracted we were.

Those are some loud squirrels, huh?

It’s nice to see you’re on an extended road trip, complete with barking ducks.

Mud Freckles

January 10, 2009 |

Lots of snow, lots of rain, muddy roads, four-wheel drive, and an open jeep window.  This is when a dog should not hold their head out of the window, as demonstrated by Natasha and Kodiak as they show off their Mud Freckles.
