High Chair Gives The Best View

Who wants the ground? Boom Boom insists on a high chair on a warm day to get the best views as well as full air circulation.

Why sit on the ground when you can have a high chair?

Why sit on the ground when you can have a high chair?

As the warmer temperatures of summer approach, we have to adjust how we deal with the heat. Yesterday, Frankie demonstrated his skill with summer hats. Today, Landon shows how to maximize air flow (not to mention, get a better view).

We should point out that his choice is a rocking chair. Which requires a great deal of balance. Which is not Landon’s strong suit. Oops.

I will not fall out. I will not fall out.

I will not fall out. I will not fall out.

Movie Memory Monday

Yeah, yeah, yeah – we know. It’s Tuesday. It is so hard to find good help and Hu-Dad failed again. We have put him on a probationary plan until he improves.

In the meantime, we wanted to share our Movie Memory of the week – the Graceful Exit of a Herd of Siberian Huskies to the great outdoors – when that exit crosses a wood floor. Hope you enjoy this week’s (day late) Movie Memory.

A Shark Attacked My Best Friend

June 20, 2025 - In honor of the 50th anniversary of the theatrical debut of the movie Jaws, the film that was the inspiration for these events, D. K. Wall recorded the story in audio and video. The original story was posted on October 9, 2022.

A shark attacked my best friend when I was 11. His screams were awful. The silence that followed was worse. I was alone in the ocean.

Enjoy it your way
