Sunshine Causing Melting Snow

Our temperatures have barely reached freezing every day this week, but the sunshine has caused entirely too much melting snow in our yard.

Our nights have been very cold and our highs each day have barely crested freezing, but the sunshine has been relentless. Our beautiful snow is slowly evaporating from the yard.

Well, that, and Typhoon keeps dragging clumps of snow to the deck and eating them. We don’t really attempt to explain his behavior.

The coming days only bring minor chances of snow, so we might be back to green backdrops really soon.

    Well maybe there will still be enough snow for a semi-white Christmas ❤️
