Cheoah’s Best Rainy Day Alternative

Our early winter weather is settling into a pattern of rain and cold, but Cheoah believes she has found the best rainy day alternative.

Sigh. Watching a rainy day.

Sigh. Watching a rainy day.

Our drought is slowly being reduced in severity as we have had a number of rain producing systems sweep through our area. We try really hard not to complain, but our play choices are somewhat limited when it is drizzly and cold.

There is always mud.

There is always mud.

Well, yes, Qannik, playing in the mud is one way to pass the time. However, Hu-Dad would prefer you find other pursuits. Cheoah, for example, seems to have found her favored pursuit.

Just waking up from a nap.

Just waking up from a nap.

Yes, with a fire in the fireplace and soft couches for napping, Cheoah thinks she has the best plan possible.

Until we have snow, this is the best rainy day alternative possible.

Until we have snow, this is the best rainy day alternative possible.

I kinda agree with Cheoah’s plan… comfy couch, warm fireplace, dry house…. nothing better ❤️️
