In a big, chaotic family, it is not always bad to walk alone. In fact, a certain Chief of Security might prefer the peace and quiet.
Our family walks can sometimes be quite the noisy, crazy event. We woo and talk throughout the stroll. If interesting smells present themselves, they must be investigated. Should a rabbit dart from the underbrush, the Hu-Dad had better be ready to dig in. We think these walks can be a lot of fun, but, sometimes, one of us prefers a little more peace and quiet. Ok, fine, Kiska sometimes walks off to the side.

Awww……Kiska might still be missing her Queen. That, or she is continuing her security duties while on patrol, or walk. Sometimes it feels good to stand out from the crowd.

Mom sez: I wonder if it could be, too, that she is still missing ‘Tasha, and kind of waiting for her to return. Still “in mourning”, I guess, is what I’m thinking. I know Ebby is still missing our Iceman.
