For this week’s Film Friday, we turned the microphone over to Landon to explain Chez Herd in his own words . . . or woos . . . or whatever.
Yes, Landon is quite the talker and he personally narrates the opening of this video. And when words – or woos – don’t quite convey the message, he is happy to improvise by acting out his favorite parts. A natural ham!
No worries, Landon, thanks to the power of Film Friday, everyone can hear you now. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this week’s movie:

Canine Kitchen Flood
March 19, 2023
One of my dogs had an accident which resulted in a canine kitchen flood. No, no, not the way you just imagined. Heβs more creative than that.
Way Back Wednesday
Each week, we reach back into our vault of over 4,700 previous posts and share a favorite. We hope you enjoy this look back.
Landon is quite the show off! He does look at home. I don’t know what his circumstances were before he joined the Herd, but he sure is happy now! He couldn’t have found a better place to “pack up”! My Huskies would love your place too. They wouldn’t want to come home…
Will we learn Landon’s story of how he came yo be a part of the Herd?
hello thundering herd its dennis the vizsla dog hay well sed landon!!! yoo cud not be in a better playse!!! ok bye
Mom sez: Landon couldn’t look more “at home” if he’d been born there! How wonderful for him to have a “forever home”. He has already “sneaked his way” into MY heart. Like our Ayla was, he’s a talker, and if he’s anything like Ayla, the more you try to “lecture” him, the “lippier” he gets.
Landon has the curliest husky tail I’ve ever seen. What a lucky boy to have found his way to the Thundering Herd! He is gorgeous, and funny! I love that personality. π
Mom used to say the curlier (or more tightly wound) the tail, the more ornery the pup. Wonder if this is true in Landon’s case?
Chez Herd is the VERY perfect place for you, Landon! We’re so glad you’re HOME!!!
Cammie!
I love how happy he is and how totally at home!!!!
Exactly what I was thinking!
Well said Landon. Not that you don’t have anything else to do Hu-Dad, but can you make a big pile of leaves for them to play in?! Tree colors are so beautiful.
