Qannik Asked For A Do-Over

After we posted the outtake photographs of Qannik a few days ago, he asked for a do-over to get a more natural picture of him. For some odd reason, he was not particularly pleased with the goofy faces he was making (though we thought they were a riot). Much debate raged among The Herd, since we mostly think those photos do show Qannik in his normal ways, but he thought he could come up with a much better representation of who he is around Chez Herd. So, Qannik, do you really think you deserve a second chance?

I am so ready for my do-over.

I am so ready for my do-over.

Fair enough, Hu-Dad decided to oblige his request. The camera was brought back out and set up., set up the camera, and asked Qannik if he was ready for his close-up.

And the pep talk began, “Ok, Qannik, you get exactly one chance at this. Think through this very carefully and stage your most natural, realistic pose possible and we will gladly publish it. How can we normally find you every day? All day, every day? Let’s allow the readers to see the Q-Tip the way we see you.”

Are you ready? Get set? Go!

Qannik's natural state.

Qannik’s natural state.

Yep. That’s it.

Finally we see the normal “Q”, but I must admit that I loved the outtake photos. Either way, he is beautiful!! as are all the members of the Herd. Thanks for the do-over.

I have to agree with the others… you’re in a prime cuddle position Q! I’d be right beside you in full snuggle readiness!!
