Like most groups, we have our favorite combinations for fun and games. Every now and then, though, we have an odd couple moment.
As we have described before, the back of our house has two large, covered porches – perfect for canine hangouts. The seniors prefer their days to be quiet and relaxing and object to the junior teams wrestling, racing, and other rambunctious behavior, so they hang out on one of the porches, relegating the juniors to the other porch.
But Queen Natasha the Evil also has a big soft spot for the most junior member of The Herd, probably because of her own willful, delinquent juvenile years. So . . .
Of course, the other problem with being the youngest member of The Herd is it can be difficult getting the others to listen to you and believe you. Like when you are telling everyone what happened later in the day during a walk.
