Mission Accomplished

Hu-Dad decided a walk was the perfect antidote to some restless Herd members. I think we can safely say mission accomplished.

A walk in the park with our human shadows.

Our weather was perfect at the house – sunny and cool with a high of 38ºF (3ºC) – so we might have been a little rambunctious in our Siberian games around the house. The Hu-Dad decided that a nice long walk in the park might be the perfect way to relieve a little excess energy.

Do you think the walk worked, Natasha?

Based on the sounds of Siberian snoring from the back of the Jeep, Hu-Dad thinks he can declare mission accomplished. Let’s see if we can get a comment from the leader of The Herd.

The Natasha fan club really kicked things into gear and moved Natasha into the lead with fundraising of $396.25 to Qannik’s second place of $315.25. Our total funds raised to date – $915!

Our fundraiser is rapidly coming to a close, but there is still time to mail a Valentine to Dog’s Name, PO Box 1835, Maggie Valley, NC 28751. And, if you wish, enclose a check made payable to Sarge’s Animal Rescue Foundation. Your donations will help homeless dogs and cats like Pixar:

Pixar is a young adult kitty with a wonderful personality. He adores people, loves to be petted and is a master at the feline head-butt maneuver.
