We all have things we want and we need others to respond. Today, Typhoon demonstrates a way of making our demands heard.
Yes, we are a week into December and still have no snow on the ground. In fact, notice how green our grass is. We are finally seeing freezing weather each night, but our days are still very warm. At least the freezing night time temperatures are allowing our neighbors to make snow.
So we stretch out in our green grass, under our warm sun, and watch the skiers and snowboarders playing in their snow. Only one person could possibly be blamed for them having snow while we don’t.
Hu-Dad just continued taking photographs and Typhoon senses that he might not be really listening. Only one thing to do in that case. Up the volume.

Hurricane Hugo Memories
September 21, 2024
Thirty-five years ago, a massive storm hammered our region and left a path of destruction, leaving us with Hurricane Hugo memories.
Great last shot of Typhoon! Maybe a snow-making machine is in your future. (I saw some online for home use.)
Ice ‘n Ebby say: Don’t feel bad, Ty, we live up in the “frozen North” of British Columbia, Canada, and we still don’t have any snow, either. On this day last year, our Mom told us we had a HIGH temperature of -15 C, and low of -24.5 C (+5 F and -12 F) Today, she said our high was +5 C (41 F), and our low last night was -8.5 (17.6 F), but we DO have just a bare skiff of snow, with bare grass sticking through.
Sounds like Hu-Dad better done his Spirit Hood and start doing the snow dance ritual!
