Hu-Dad often is hunched over his computer in his study crunching through some project, so we consider it our job to provide him some relaxation. After all, we always tell him, “We are only thinking of you.” For example, just yesterday . . .
Natasha heard Hu-Dad clicking away on his computer, grumbling about vector graphics and Adobe Illustrator. Needless to say, it sounded like something was not quite working.
Concerned only for Hu-Dad’sĀ well-being, Natasha suggested that he should take a break from work and get her a snack. And scratch her ears. And rub her belly.
Hu-Dad did as commanded. After all, could you resist that face?

Hurricane Hugo Memories
September 21, 2024
Thirty-five years ago, a massive storm hammered our region and left a path of destruction, leaving us with Hurricane Hugo memories.
Mom sez: (Laughing) I know how hard it is hard to resist when ‘Tasha does that. Ice ‘n Ebby do the same thing to me. I can be deeply engrossed in something I’m doing on my computer, then all of a sudden this cold, wet “black beak” comes up under my arm, saying “Enough, Mom — it’s MY turn for attention NOW!”
Awww, what a pal! Mom could never resist that face!
It is so sweet that they put “us” first!!! LOL!!! Hope she enjoyed the loving and attention!!!
The Painter Pack
I’m surprised you get any work done surrounded by all of those adorable faces.
Nope. No resistance here! I’d scratch those ears and rub that belly any timeā¤ļø?
