Keep a Straight Face

When you are surrounded by clowns, it takes quite the effort to keep a straight face. Frankie, however, seems to be quite capable of handling the biggest clown in The Herd.

calling me a clown?

Are you calling me a clown?

Why, yes, Typhoon, we do think you are the biggest clown in The Herd. And, let’s face it, you love that role.

can't resist this

Come on, Big Brother, bet you can’t resist this.

didn't flinch

Wow, you didn’t flinch.

Typhoon, Frankie might just be the master of the straight face. Do you think you can break him?

can make anyone laugh

Oh, come on. You know I can make anyone laugh.

Ok, let’s see you go for the big guns. But, somehow, we think Frankie might just be wise to your games and can wait you out.

prance like a horse

Typhoon pulls out the “prance like a horse” move.

stoic wonder

Frankie is the stoic wonder.

not this round

Frankie is a hard case, Typhoon, and it doesn’t look like you are going to win this round.

Despite all of the effort, Frankie just never budged. Maybe Typhoon is losing his touch. Or, more likely, Frankie has seen it all from his little brother.

bigger and better game

Have no fear. I am already plotting the bigger and better game.

Mom sez: I ABSOLUTELY have to give Frankie “top marks” for not even batting an eye (never mind a paw) at Typhoon’s antics. Now THAT’S stoicism at its best!

I’m surprised he didn’t just escalate the game – a butt check to Frankie’s head, perhaps.

It will be interesting to see how he matures.

Hu-Dad says that the right statement is, “It will be interesting to see IF he matures.”
