Office Dog

After yesterday’s post, we had many questions about why Frankie was inside. With Frankie’s aversion to thunder, many readers suspected that we had thunderstorms.

Why was Frankie inside?

Nope. Despite the rain, we didn’t have thunderstorms. Frankie was in the study because . . . Frankie has always been the office dog! He loves hanging out on Hu-dad’s feet while the human works.

Hey, one of us has to keep a close supervision of the Hu-dad to make sure he doesn’t get into trouble. Or into snacks without sharing. You know, the important stuff.

    Mom sez: Hmmm, I have a “Frankie” in my life now, too. HER name is Ebony, though we’ve converted her to “Ebby”. She does the exact same as Frankie. As I type this, she has taken up her position right behind my chair, where she spends the same hours as I do in my office.
