But I heard a rumour the hu-dad has made reservations for dinner out, but that you were not invited?

We love weekends with pizza and lots of junk food and nothing that’s “good for us.”

    OK, I’m starting to drool!

Kiska, there are pizza bones in the very near future here! I have my paws crossed that you get some one day!

Are the blueberries ripe? That would make Kiska lick her lips!

Now that I’m becoming savvy to the constraints of satellite internet, I have a question for you. Does it “cost” you more of your download allotment if a person lazily puts their original photos on their blog rather than making them lower resolution (and smaller files) ahead of time? I’ve started shrinking my photo file sizes to speed my uploads but I didn’t know if it affects readers at all… Any input?

Yes, it does “cost” us more. Long videos, graphic intense websites, and websites that post their photos “large” all burn our internet availability. We often will bookmark a website with lots of photos or videos to return to later when we are not at our house.

Oooh. We LOVE delicious weekends! Make sure the humans know that you must be included in any deliciousness. 😉

I don’t know about delicious, but it’s certainly hot here! My dogs, and client Maggie, have all been hanging out in the pool when they are not in the house. I’m guessing The Thundering Herd would prefer snow. 🙂

Stopping by on the Pet Blogger Hop!

Love your husky picture. My avatar today is Dutchy when he was about 8 weeks old. Now he’s a strapping big boy.

Stopping by on the blog hop. You’ll have to see my video I posted today about the cat band and the cat lady. Hysterical.

Happy Caterday from Chairman Meow and his minions (the pups).

    We sure hope so!

well of course. weekends are delicious to humans too! Love Kiska’s free speech in a few posts back. hilarious! and all that floof around Snowball… i have no comment. Husky owners shouldn’t throw dust bunnies at people who live in floof-filled houses. Or something like that.

and finally: Loki goes into his seat belt harness now very easily–doesn’t even need food motivation anymore. he still runs away when i grab it but once i catch up to him (he doesn’t run that much) he offers me each paw to pull trough. I can’t tell you what a nightmare it was teaching him though. “Arrgggh! Arrgghh! Arggghh!” and bitey-the-human-hand threats all over the place for the first few attempts. he hates his paws touched but once he understands the deal, he gets it and offers his paws. It’s hard to “clicker” train a thing like that because you have to pull the dog’s arm through and then be fast with the food etc…I ended up giving him 1 really big piece of chicken jerkey to keep his jaws busy while i pulled his arms through in the beginning.

but i do love the seatbelts, but don’t use the screw carrabeaners nor the clasp that opens outward for the clip to the dog because they take forever and with that clasp you need 2 hands to open the the clasp OUTWARD (doesn’t go inward). How weird. So i just use a regular one to snap it to the seatbelt so it’s fast and easy. He’s much happier i think tied down now. he’s calmer too.

Wish we could look forward to the weekend as much as you, Kiska. In our part of the country, we’ve got nothing but rain and “hurricane” force winds, and me’n Ice both hate this kind of weather. Especially the wind. Our hu-Mom and Dad are letting us stay in the house in this weather. Have fun on YOUR “delicious weekend”.
