Wednesday Woo

Hello, Ranger. No, sir, we have not seen any dogs standing on the picnic tables. What makes you ask?

We’d like to add Adopt-A-Husky, as mom has taken her Siberians to many of their fund raisers. http://www.adoptahusky.com/

My sister’s sibe had a thing for picnic tables, loved laying on them. I’d like to give a shout out to the Siberian Husky Rescue of Florida…I adopted both of my girls from there and been involved as a volunteer with the rescue ever since.

    • Jen Bare on May 25, 2011 at 9:46 pm

I need to volunteer for SHRF. I’m in Tampa and would love to. About to move across the city but once I’m settled, I need to donate my time!

I am glad you are on the lookout, Kiska! The big post is drawing closer…excitement builds…we want Sarge’s!

    Hairy Houdini Siberian Husky Rescue

Doesn’t that name say it all?

  7. Huffle Mawson on May 25, 2011 at 6:39 pm

    Love that picture of Kiska!

I am still voting for the Australian Animal Protection Society!

We are waiting to adopt a new cavalier rescue puppy from Freedom Rescue in Ohio. We resently lost our little 2 1/2 yr old Brittany to sudden death that will never be fully explained. But despite wanting to plug Freedom Rescue for the donation, I would like to vote with The OP Pack for Joplin Humane society.. I think at this time they will need it more than my group, which is safe and sound.

I nominate Husky Camp in Southern California in honor of our own little husky!

Nope, I don’t see that beautiful Sibe perched on a table…

Another rescue would be the Siberian Husky Rescue of Florida 🙂

    • Jen Bare on May 25, 2011 at 9:44 pm

Thanks FiveSibesMom! I know you guys have supported them before. 🙂

Also, love the Kyjen toy! I am getting one for my little husky girl.

I too like to stand on picnic tables (preferably when there is a picnic occurring)–the air currents are better up there. Are you sure you guys aren’t part bloodhound?

  16. Terri Jacobson on May 25, 2011 at 9:43 am

This is the equivalent of breakfast in bed.

Still putting in a plug for Oregon Greyhound Adoption

There is something about Kiska that immediately sets me at ease internally. She has such a sweet face.

Oh, and Siberian Husky Rescue of Florida. 🙂
