Yes, we finally were able to convince the hu-dad to break out the video editing software and edit a short video of some of our sled training runs from this past weekend. He made sure to get a short clip of each one of us running, a clip of the 4 dog team pulling a scooter, and even a clip from the musher’s viewpoint. The whole video is less than two minutes (trying to have sympathy on everyone without true broadband internet – like us!). Hope you enjoy it!
See you on the trails!

Wings of Doom
December 12, 2024
A simple nightly routine with my dogs led me to face the wings of doom, a hideous creature that lurks in the shadows of my yard.
Boy O Boy was that fun…! Perked my ears up real high and even woke the Bleu up from a deep slumber!
My the Mom is very impressed wif the way you all work together. It’s like she’s never witnessed that before! (Have you seen our walkin videos???)
My favorite part was the looks that were given the cameraman! Just sayin.
wif love from the Luke
Oh! What a cool, cool, cool video!! It was so wonderful watchign you guys doing what you were bred to do – and I can see just how much you’re loving it!
Slobbers,

Excellento!
Typical fluffybottoms trotting along, watching the cameraperson!
Your runs look like a lot less chaos then ours are! Very calm and collected.
Great video! So cool to see you guys scootering!

‘Wicked awesome’ according to Murray!

Looks wonderful, Herd! But I don’t think I have seen you hitched to a sled for winter running. Do you do that?
Kisses,
Stella
Hey there Herd…
Just had to come and look at your glorious video again. Can’t seem to get enough. Thank you again…

OMD, that looked sooooo fun! I wish we could do that, but mom is scared that she will fall off! Thanks for sharing that awesome video! 🙂
Mochi & Bali
i wish i can do that!! u guys are great!!!
Looks awesome! I’m really impressed with you using a scooter(?). I have a 3-wheel bike I use, I’d be scared to death using two wheels! BOL We just practice for fun. Look great!
I have a friend who would give her eye-teeth to do what you just did with those dogs. She has loved this breed since the day she was born and now is without a dog in her life. I send her a lot of your posts to enjoy and enjoy she does!
It is pawesome!
I can see you all enjoy a lot your training time!
Kisses and hugs

Hi Y’all, Followed you back to catch your video! Looks like such fun! I could really terrify my Human Momma puttin’ her on wheels like that! She’s too chicken to ever let me pull her! Been enjoying your posts even when I haven’t had time to comment. Thanks for stoppin’ by!
Y’all come back now!
Hawk aka BrownDog

I loved the video. Everyone looks so happy. Such a thrill to see dogs getting to do what they were born to do. Kudos to you all!
That was nothing short of a blast. You did a great job editing…
Hi!

You all look VERY well rehearsed! No collisons or mishaps at all. I would like a seat in first class, please!
Way cool! Now let’s all do the snow dance 🙂
Good to see the Queen travelling at a more sedate pace 🙂
OMD that was soooo cool. Question, do you think Snow Flake heard “Oh My” instead of “On By” that time with the labrador? cuz you know that’s a completely different command…
That is so cool. You all look great.. Bet you can’t wait for the snow…
Big Sloppy Kisses
Gus, Louie and Callie
Awesome, totally awesome. We wish our Dad was not so lazy and would get us out to do that, maybe this year.
Remy and Flash
awesome video and run!!!! next time you’ll have to try a 6 sibe run…….can’t wait to see that….
Oh how neat!!! Loved each video clip! And the soft clink clink clink of harnesses. A beautiful fall day too! What a perfect area to practice your runs!
Hugs and snaggle-tooth kisses,
Sierra Rose
That is AWESOME!! Talk about the power of the paw!!
Woofs and Kisses!
The Fiesty Three
This is fantastic! It looks like everyone had such a great time. I should add sledding with dogs to my life list!

Pee Ess, no helmets?
That’s from the Momster, not the Pack.
Such fun you all get to have!!! Thanks for taking the time to prepare the video – it was great. Only took us 7:30 min. to get through it:(
Woos ~ Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
What fun!!! We had to watch sans speaker because our mom knows we would join in the chorus once we heard your melodious voices. We’re terriers — but that looks like something we’d love to do. As a matter of fact, every morning and evening, when our dogdad hooks us up to our flexi-leads and we burst out of the door for our walkies — he has been known to say “Mush!!”
Wirey woofs and thanks for the cool treat!
Jake and Just Harry
How do you handle that scary scooter following you? I couldn’t do it. I’d be too nosey and watch it from behind me.
woof – Tucker
Amazing! All of you are wonderful!!!
That’s a pawesome video! Mom’s always threatening to get us hitched up so we can take her for a ride somewheres!
Sam and Pippen
As you went to the team of four, I started wondering if you had brakes on the scooter… I hope so! It looked like the dogs had a blast, and you did too! Thanks for enduring the video editing software. I managed to watch the video in the early AM, the only time that our internet approaches high speed!
Yes, hydraulic brakes on both front and back. The scooters also have shock absorber systems.
That is just exceptionally cool! I’m still pondering how fast that could go with Greyhounds pulling it. I can’t believe Hu-Dad left out the crash! *big grin*
Eight paws up from us!!!!!!!!! That looks like so much fun!!!! Hu-mom says no way is she riding a scooter with us pulling (not sure why she would say that)(hehehe!!!)
Licks & Nibbles,
Kody & Nia
we enjoyed that so much, thankQ. we love seeing you guys individually and that foursome ride was great……your lucky hooman!
chikisses
coco and tiffy
What a sight! If only i could get to run like that daily!
Cheers,
Maxx
I had to stop by to see what Toby was watching in his Wordless Wednesday post. Thanks for this videio – it’s so great to see you all in action.
Sending you woofs, and wishing I could run with the herd (perhaps in my dreams!)
Riley
Oh, we heard you guys at the beginning and decided to join in!
Martha is currently howling – we do hope you can hear her – so musical although the neighbours may not agree!
We loved seeing you pulling your human who at least had wheels! We do a lot of pulling humans ourselves!
We thought your countryside looked so very much like our own, especially with the Autumn colours.
A great action video.
love
Martha and Bailey xxx
My first reaction was to say, “I wish you could have seen Toby’s face when he saw your video and heard the Herd!”. Well, maybe you can…afterall, it is Wordless Wednesday!
What an amazing video and what a beautiful setting too! I suppose one has to be fit when you have a Herd, don’t you?! Sending lotsaluv
