Wings of Doom
December 12, 2024
A simple nightly routine with my dogs led me to face the wings of doom, a hideous creature that lurks in the shadows of my yard.
Oh yeah!! Working hard on your vacation!! Wootwoot.
Hugs and snaggle-tooth kisses,
Sierra Rose
So the humans are questioning your ability to leap into action with the slightest sign of trouble? You’d think they would learn how fast we jump into play mode when there is even the slightest hint of someone ready to rumble.
Sigh. Teaching humans is a full time job.
You guys look totally prepared to us.

Keep up the great work guys! π
One alert Sibe can stand guard, eat cookies, keep tabs on all the surrounding wildlife, shed, and still interact with the humans all at the same time. Who is going to mess with a 5-pack anyway?

Great post! Love those crossed paws on Rusty.
Woos – Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
Kiska and Rusty, I want to know what you slipped into the water bowl to make the rest of The Herd pass out! Did you shave any of them funny while they were out cold?
Wow, I have never seen all of you so tired!
To be fair, maybe they are listening for intruders tunnelling UNDERGROUND!
LOL. Excellent job!
Kisses,
Emma Rose
Oooh…I see Kiska floof! π

Never trust a boy to do anything!
Good boy, Rusty, stepping up to protect your herd!
Laughing – not cats. Those are actually ceramic Siberian Huskies that we set up when we are camping in the S-RV. We saw the cutest dalmatian statue at one campsite and went looking for Siberian statues.
In the photo with Cheoah are those cats in the perimeter????? Rusty…did you get the cookie??
Sorry Kiska no nap for you!!!!

I like the strategically-placed ground floof early warning system.
I hope you take frequent breaks from all that work!

Ammy

Glad they share their guard duties evenly, lol. Kiska, your spot seems a little tuft-y!
