Terribly Tardy Tuesday

We have complained before about the lousy service we get from our human staff.  Here we were enjoying our holiday weekend when we casually asked them about the thank you post to Lucky Luke and Bleu.  You know, for his  500th post winner.  The silence was deafening.  Uh, you remember that giant package that we got in the mail that Natasha carefully screened for all of us:

The one with the great note in it:

The one with the humongous load of goodies in it?

Wow.  Our humans are so pathetic.  But let us be clear – The Herd really, really, really enjoyed all of the treats and bones and all of the great goodies that came in the box.  And we wooed thank you many, many, many times.  So, in case we have been unclear – THANK YOU LUKE!

Our humans are confined to their crates until they learn better manners.

My humans are pathetic too! Locking them up in their crate is an excellent idea! Congrats on all your yummy goodies!!!

See now, a sibe can think of waaaaaaaayyyy better punishment for the human. such as eating their furniture, car seats or digging a hole to siberia, a personal favorite of Juno’s.

ps: I think it’s time to have a “Ruby Tuesday” regular post!

I’m glad you put them in their crates, but I thought crates weren’t supposed to be used for punishment. You should have made them go to bed without supper. That’s the worse punishment I can think of.

At least your human didn’t somehow wipe out part of your FlickR account, taking tons of blog photos down with it!
You guys deserve extra treats today!
    Tail wags,
PS: Glad you liked our formation today! 🙂

I told your dad yesterday that he has to feed you more food and give you snacks as well. Has that happened yet, or do I need to tell him some more?

You got your humans in the crate!!! That is the most excellent news that I have heard all day. How did you do it? I am totally dying to know. . .

Give them a cold water bath, take away their treetz and see if this doesn’t make a lesson for them.

Its not easy being a people, but you just have to keep at them!

  13. The OP Pack on September 8, 2009 at 10:03 am

Our Momster is also tardy on a couple of awards we received. We have to get after her too. Hope you also deprived them of their treats.

    Dear Thundering Herd…

I also have had to reprimand my photographer and blog khoordinator fur not finding time to share my Luke (and The Mom and The Bleu) Loot!

She babbled something about not enough days in the week BUT said ours would be on the OTHER ‘T’ Day!

Please don’t be TOO hard on them – after all, being human is khwite a burden!
