Wrestling Wednesday

  1. Steve & Kat on September 5, 2009 at 6:28 pm

It looks like they have been waiting their entire lives to meet and start wrestling! We are so glad for this happy ending.

    Steve and Kat

PS. We just realized that Tartok and Ruby’s humans now have a start for their own red team and black and white team.

  2. Stella on September 4, 2009 at 1:46 am

How fun to see these guys bitey facing and wrestling around. Tartok seems most happy to have a sister!

  3. Holly and Khady on September 3, 2009 at 12:24 am

Wow! That play looks somehow familiar. I mean, bitey face wrestling IS a favorite game of mine!

I’m so happy for Ruby! Looks like she has certainly found the perfect home, and new play mate!!

YAY for Ruby and Tartok! They will have years of fun together. Do we see another herd forming? 🙂
    WOOOOO woo rar rar rar,

  5. Ozzie on September 2, 2009 at 8:39 pm

Grrreat! I can’t wait to wrestle with my new little sister. Furrry nice.

  6. NCMountainwoman on September 2, 2009 at 8:26 pm

What a great sight! How wonderful that Ruby feels so comfortable so soon.

  7. Norwood on September 2, 2009 at 8:23 pm

    And.. 1 hour later… then 2 hours later… then 3 hours later…
    ha. I wanna join in.

  8. Storm Glory on September 2, 2009 at 7:34 pm

    I love watching Sibes play.

My pups could never wear collars in the house. Jackal uses it as a tool to gain leverage during wrestling matches and ruins them. 🙂

  9. the Army of Four on September 2, 2009 at 5:23 pm

That looks like SO MUCH FUN! Tartok’s going to love having a sister! I can tell.

  10. Wild Dingo on September 2, 2009 at 2:47 pm

I love Ruby’s voice! She’s way too much woman for Tartok! 😉 And she’s got jodphurs like Juno. Very sweet to see them settling in. I call it nervous wrestling. Loki and Juno would go at it the moment one of them opened their eyes in the morning for a long time in the beginning. Prolly to blow off anxiety of adding to the pack or being added to the pack. Now they both sleep in until i get up. it’s funny, for me to get them wrestling, i have to do some obedience work with them for a few minutes then i release them and then they’re all pent up from “working” so they go nuts on eachother. Juno is such a poop disturber too… if i’m working Loki, she’ll come over just to try and tease him out of his position.

  11. Mochi on September 2, 2009 at 1:23 pm

Awesome wrestling video! It’s like they’ve known each other for years!

I’m so glad they get along so well! 🙂

  12. Woodrow, Sweetie & MJ on September 2, 2009 at 11:47 am

  14. Denns the Vizsla on September 2, 2009 at 10:05 am

So cute! Another great Woofie Wrestling Federation event!

  15. Khyra on September 2, 2009 at 9:46 am

I think they’ll eventually work on those liking each other ‘issues’!

PeeEssWoo: Isn’t it great to see how they KNOW they are ‘home’?

  16. The OP Pack on September 2, 2009 at 9:26 am

So when do we get to see the TH v. the THA? And the OP Pack really wonders why Tartok and Ruby Red aren’t helping with those dishes we hear in the background.

Looks like a great matchup. Ruby Red is a real beauty!

    Tail wags, the OP Pack

  17. Kira on September 2, 2009 at 8:21 am

Wooos! That looks like fun, can I come over and play too?

Woo hoo. Those two are on the road to being best sibs!

It’s fun watching it from the point of view of dog body language and whether either of them became stressed out during the wrestling. I saw almost NO signs of nervousness, and they nicely switched who was lying down and who was standing up, like well socialized dogs do during play.

Thanks for letting us see the wrestling rounds!

  19. A Husky Life on September 2, 2009 at 7:03 am

A new home and friends, wonderful!

  20. Teddy Bear on September 2, 2009 at 3:35 am
