Wings of Doom
December 12, 2024
A simple nightly routine with my dogs led me to face the wings of doom, a hideous creature that lurks in the shadows of my yard.
Qannik is one sensible guy .
Okay, I just have one complaint…we weren’t invited along on that cool awesome-looking camping trip! Lucky Huskies!
Umm… Q-Tip. Is there anything in there? Are you sure? Can I look?
Luv,
Dave
I am like Quannik in that I feel checking your bowl is something you should do many times a day, JUST IN CASE, someone leaves you something good! My Mom says its the doggie version of Hope Springs Eternal, and let it be, if it is, I’ll just keep checking.
Kisses,
Stella
How come your all laying around. Looks like you need a crazy Aussie to come stir things up!
Nothing better than relaxing out in the wilderness π

I think Ruby would be pretty proud of Teddy – mum and dad have to hide all our food in the food safe now!
Love all the photos!
You all look so chilled!!
Sounds like brother Bokeh, he is always looking for food, I think mom and dad starve him to death.
hmmm can Ruby counter surf inside the RV?

We have to do all our hanging out on the deck since we don’t get to go camping:(
Mom thinks Ruby is just incredibly beautiful, especially in that photo!!!

Qannick, you and my new brother, YoYoMa, have a lot in common. Even though he is blind he has no problem finding his food dish and checking it often…he is also pretty good at finding the rest of our bowls and polishing off anything left in them! Glad to see everyone is having a great time at camp!
If you can all get rid of your “winter woolies” while you’re vakashuning, bet the birds would love to have some of that insulation for their nests. I know, that’s what happens here when me ‘n Ice leave our “long johns” around the yard. The birds pick it up and use it to line the house that’s perched on our fence. You guys all look so relaxed and content, must be a good vakashun.
No counters in the Rolling Herd Home?!? We love the House With Wheels because the dining room table is just exactly at snooter height. Heehee. But we’re at little confused about this green stuff you are laying on – what is it again? π

I agree! Hanging out at a beautiful campsite is the best. Is that some Sibe fur that I see on the grass??? Nah, it couldn’t be.
Yup, that do be a most furry nice part of vakashuns, just hangin’ out and chillin’.
So Relaxing!!!! Ruby needs to picnic table surf!!! Q…You never know when someone might put an added extra treat in your food bowl!!

You Sibes live the life! Do The Herd and Herd Annex all get along pretty well? Everybody seems so mellow in the pictures!
