Based on some responses yesterday, some readers have forgotten the royal rules when it comes to loose fur removal from the Prince.
In yesterday’s post about Typhoon avoiding a brushing, some reader comments suggested they might have forgotten the Royal Rules. The Little Prince would like to hold a quick refresher course. His furs belong to him. No human shall remove them. Violations shall be slapped with the Royal Scream. If you pluck, a Royal Scream will be issued. If you brush, a Royal Scream will be issued. If you attempt to use the evil blower, the Royal Scream will continue until all such activities cease. In short, back away from the furs. (P.S. – Yes, the Hu-Dad can’t resist.)

Horrible Hurricane Helene: Why So Bad for WNC?
October 29, 2024
Hurricane Helene was a monster storm, but the way it hit Western North Carolina couldn’t have been much worse.
Pluck pluck ! I cannot resist ! Sorry Ty!
I can’t remember if you’ve mentioned in the past, whether you warned the neighbors and just went for it.
Please have long suffering companion film a short segment of you committing such acts and the ensuing screaming protests of horror and indignity. 🙂
Removing fur means coming in contact with the body. Miss Ruby adds that to her Royal Rules. Bathing – Don’t even think about it. Good thing we love them.
my Rocky was the same; he would run in circles around the dining room table to get away from the brush. Plucking was met with a growl; miss my boy
Hu-Dad I always cannot help myself when the tufts of fur are ripe for the picking on our boy. Luckily he does NOT scream-lol BUT I do believe we all remember Typhoon’s rules regarding his fur-the brush and on and on!!!
