Chief Of Security Patrolling

After yesterday’s post about a serious Frankie Suave and his sentry duties, we were asked if the Chief of Security, Kiska, was still patrolling.

Miss Kiska will celebrate her 11th anniversary at Chez Herd this summer. We don’t know exactly how old she is (ladies never tell), but we are guessing at least 13. She may walk with a little slower step, but she is absolutely still on duty every day at Chez Herd in charge of all security matters.

When any alarm is sounded, Miss Kiska is always in the middle of the fray defending her home. She is fine with shifting some of the sentry duties to Mr. Frankie, but have no fear – Miss Kiska remains quite alert! Intruders beware.

Despite that tough exterior, she is quite the cuddler.

Mom ‘n Ebby say: Is Kiska “training” anySibe else to take over her sentry duties, in the event that she is no longer able to carry out her duties, without too much distress?

No, though Frankie seems to be stepping up his game.
