Disappearing Act

Though our temperatures stayed below freezing all day, the sunshine helped our snow start a disappearing act. We were not pleased.

Since our first snow was well over two months later than normal, we are not at all pleased that it was so small. Or that it seems to be vanishing almost as fast as it arrived. Sadly, the forecast for the next week or so is not very promising for more snow. When Hu-Dad explained all of that to the munchkin, Munchie decided to do his best temper tantrum.

    I’m sorry beautiful Herd…. but I’ll bet a good strong wicked snow storm will come soon enough just for you!!!

    While we don’t get snow in the Philippines, we generally have cool days during January and part of February. Not this year. A few cool mornings then hot all day. The effect of El Nino cycle.
