Another Movie Plot Twist

Hu-Dad often watches movies in the evening. When he settles in to watch, we all like to gather. But with one movie plot twist after another, we lost interest and drift away. Cheoah, however, thinks the couches are the best spot in the house and she hangs out the longest.

movie sounds fun unless there is a plot twist

A movie! That sounds fun!

Of course, when we say she stays on the couch, that doesn’t mean she is alert. Comfortable, but not alert.

Great movie.

Great movie, Hu-Dad, really.

And when the credits roll, Cheoah may be a little slow to bounce back awake.

watching the credits

I am watching the credits. Really.

Mom sez: Such a look of contentment and sheer bliss on Cheoah’s face. “Lunched out” on the sofa, and close to the hu-Dad, what more could a girl ask?

What an awesome snuggley girl!! My girl Mya will sit by me while we watch TV…but she seldom pays much attention unless there are dogs involved in the show!

Helene (To The Tune of Jolene by Dolly Parton

September 25, 2024

As soon-to-be Hurricane Helene grows in the gulf, it seemed appropriate to parody the classic song “Jolene” by Dolly Parton.

P.S. - When Hu-Dad wrote this post, he had no idea how bad Helene would be.
