Frankie Suave once again demonstrating the powerful lure of the brown eyes. Seriously, just try to resist that look.

Frankie noticed the sprinkler was near his favorite perch. He uses that spot to monitor the antics of his younger brothers and would prefer that it never get wet. So, yes, he deployed the brown eyes to communicate his wishes. Don’t worry. No water was sprayed.
