Like many of you, we’ve had a very hot, humid week here in Asheville and even our ever-cool Frankie is a sultry suave.
We know many of our readers are dealing with far higher temperatures than we are, but we’ve broken into the 90s several days in the last two weeks. Our walks are early in the morning and later in the day and strictly along shady trails. But when we have a sultry suaveāFrankie Suave, that isāyou know it’s hot.

Hurricane Hugo Memories

Thirty-five years ago, a massive storm hammered our region and left a path of destruction, leaving us with Hurricane Hugo memories.
It’s so hot and humid in Michigan that the neighbors were asking what happened to Max and he was. We explained nothing but they go out to do their business and come right back in.

AAWW poor Frankie Suave. I am just thankful that you have that nice AC in the house. With those fur coats they wear hot weather is NOT fun. Here’s hoping cooler days are in the near future!
