Stormy weather moved into the Asheville region and we aren’t complaining. The hot temperatures have cooled down to a more normal range and we needed the water in the ground. We didn’t even miss either of our Monday walks despite the constant drizzle. What’s a little rain hurt anyway?

Ruby loves the rain and coolness. 2 90 degree days in May in NY was too much for her.

We walk in rain too but now the mosquitoes come out worse in the rain so we cannot without getting eaten.

I love how Sibes are all weather dogs, or at least most of them are, most of the time. Does the extra wet help the extra fluff come out of Frankie’s coat, as it does with our red head?

Nope-rain is good and as long as the herd goes for their walks-all is good in the world!

Mud Freckles

Lots of snow, lots of rain, muddy roads, four-wheel drive, and an open jeep window.  This is when a dog should not hold their head out of the window, as demonstrated by Natasha and Kodiak as they show off their Mud Freckles.
