The poor Little Prince is displeased with his human staff after yet another vet visit and demands, “Take me home, driver.”
His Royal Highness Little Prince Typhoon Phooey had a follow up exam yesterday. As we’ve explained before, Typhoon has developed an infection at the, er, “end” of the digestive tract. There was some poking and prodding (which the doctor delicately described as no more fun for the medical staff than it was for the patient). We’ve adjusted the medications. More importantly, we’re going to attempt a change to his diet, a very big deal because of his long list of food allergies. Ignoring all the details, though, the entire situation can be summed up by the look of disdain being cast by His Royalnessâa take-me-home scowl. He had had enough indignities for the day. The Royal Chauffeur drove the Royal Limousine home in time for the afternoon walk and some Royal ear rubs. We won’t say all has been forgiven, but it’s progress.

Wings of Doom
December 12, 2024
A simple nightly routine with my dogs led me to face the wings of doom, a hideous creature that lurks in the shadows of my yard.
Oh little Ty. bless you! and thank goodness for your Hu mans.
they want you to be well! XOXO
He’s certainly had more than his fair share of issues. Highest hopes and best wishes for him.
His medical file is twice as thick as the other three combined. Probably more.
Poor Typhoon. I hope the infection clears up soon and you like your new food.
Hang in there big guy, “tender tummies” are so tough to deal with. Just remember my tender guy made it to 17 yrs on canned tuna and little else. Hope you feel better.
AAWWW Typhoon-as someone who is going through some medical issues I totally understand your disdain for all things VET! I’m so glad Hu-Dad drove the Royal limo home and you had your walk and ear rubs. I hope the new diet helps!!
