When I had two on leashes it was always the same thing, lets run around in circles and twist the leashes around moms legs. I am sure Frankie and Landon have also perfected that gymnastic move!!
Maybe Frankie Suave is saying to Landon-” Here’s how you TRY and slip your leash and collar”! Or-“Here’s how you take off to get a squirrel”? Who knows what goes through their sneaky minds?
