Landon wanted a little quiet time in the yard but discovered that Hu-Dad had allowed invaders in our yard with a concrete problem.

Landon was a little surprised to discover that our yard was not as quiet as normal. Our driveway has buckled with age and needs to be replaced, so the crew arrived yesterday to dig it up. Not since the Orange Beast Destroyed Our Basement have we seem such a vicious creature.

Landon knew exactly what to do. He called for his big brother, Frankie, to come back him up. The only problem is Frank is not a fan of loud noises. His reaction says it all.

I’ve got your back, Landon. From here.

A Shark Attacked My Best Friend
June 20, 2025 - In honor of the 50th anniversary of the theatrical debut of the movie Jaws, the film that was the inspiration for these events, D. K. Wall recorded the story in audio and video. The original story was posted on October 9, 2022.
A shark attacked my best friend when I was 11. His screams were awful. The silence that followed was worse. I was alone in the ocean.
Lulu: “That looks like a ‘Let’s you and him fight’ kind of situation there, Landon!”
Rusty would show them all how to love the big monster!
Oh this is TOO funny. Frankie doesn’t like loud noises so Landon will just have to deal with BACKUP-from the back!!
Frankie and I have something in common! XO
