Soggy Dog Day

Yesterday, it rained and rained and rained. We resisted for as long as we could, but finally had to go out…resulting in a soggy dog day.

Wow, it's wet out here.
Wow, it’s wet out here.

We made our morning walk yesterday before it started, but once the skies opened up, they didn’t relent. Water fell from the sky in a steady drumming. We decided it was a perfect day to nap but, eventually, we needed to handle business that can only be conducted outside. (At least, those are Hu-Dad’s rules for us).

Fortunately, the weekend is predicted to be sunny and nice. We look forward to make up time outdoors. Meanwhile, we leave you a photo of a Little Prince who is slightly displeased with the weather.

Typhoon, Ruby shares you hate for rain.. Wet fur means the torture devices come out – towel and brush!! Ruby is going to the ocean to walk on the beach also, she is tired of sliding on snow and ice. A 400+ mile trip for a beautiful redhead is worth it. Have a great and sunny weekend on the sand!

Oh my! The rain dared touch the Little Prince. We are not amused. 😉
