We were out for our afternoon stroll through the neighborhood for our normal abnormal walk courtesy of the Little Prince himself.

We were enjoying our afternoon leg stretcher when the Hu-Dad commented how normally we were all walking. Yes, it is unusual for everyone to be behaving a once, but someone took Hu-Dad’s words to be a personal challenge.
![Wait! Being normal will harm my reputation.](https://thethunderingherd.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/20190302-Canon-EOS-5D-Mark-III-IMG_6099-1024x683.jpg)
With the gauntlet of normalcy thrown down, Typhoon had to prove that he is anything but ordinary. Soon enough, he was turning to walk backwards the rest of the way home.

Mama Bear Warning
July 12, 2024
Mama Bear crashed through the underbrush, growling and snorting with her eyes locked on her targets—us. Her warning was clear.
The tradition must be kept going. 😉 (Is Cheoah wearing her harness for more stability?)
Cheoah’s arthritis bothers her neck sometimes so we decided to move to the harness for her. She doesn’t pull on the leash often, but we want to make sure she is always comfortable for the walks.
Keep on being the great boy that your are to keep us laughing.
My oldest shepherd is starting to have arthritis issues in his neck. If I may ask what type of harness is that and when you ordered it did it fit true to size? Shepherds like huskies can be chesty and I have had a difficult time finding a harness that fit
That is a Ruff Wear Web Master harness with the padded chest attachment. Hands down the best harness we have found for assistance purposes. It has a handle for the human to assist when needed but is also comfortable and easy to wear for the dog. Miss Cheesy loves hers.
Cheoah weighs just over 50 lbs, that is a medium, and we have it cinched fairly tight so plenty of room left in it for her.
Oh Typhoon-once again-you brought a smile to another dismal day! I would love sometime Hu-Dad(or maybe if it’s been done) to see an actual video of Typhoon Phooey walking backwards!!
Fair enough. How about for tomorrow’s Movie Memory Monday?
