Oh, sure, the puppy dog eyes are quite effective in getting the humans to do canine’s bidding, but Landon demonstrates the paw pleading.
Early in the evolutionary match between humans and canines, dogs developed the cuteness factor to get humans to share food, warmth and shelter. Today, dogs have become masters in convincing humans to share top quality diets, comfortable beds, and exquisite care. Sure, the eyes have helped achieve all of that, but the real master trick is paw pleading.
Admit it. How many of you are reaching into your pockets, grabbing treats, and slamming them against your computer screens to give them to Boom Boom right now. You humans are suckers for this treatment. And, just in case you have resisted so far, Landon goes for the double paw.
Resistance is futile, silly human.
