Even though we had snow on the ground just a week ago, Cheesewhiz has decided that it is time for the annual spring basement cleaning (not everyone agrees).

Looks like a beautiful spring day.

Hard to believe it was snowing just a week ago, and Mother Nature may still bring winter back to us, but we are enjoying some spring for now. Everyone is spending more time outside and handling various yard chores. In Cheoah’s case, that means attention must focus on her annual basement project.

Spring basement cleaning – removing the dirt Hu-Dad dumped in these holes last fall.

Her goal is to have some nice hidey holes under the picnic table, a perfect quiet place to get away from the racket and enjoy some coolness.

Ah, not a bad spot.

Unfortunately, the racket she is trying to escape is caused primarily by her brothers, not all of whom were happy with her efforts.

She says no boys allowed in her clubhouse.
