Alleviating Boredom On A Rainy Day

Our moment of sunshine passed fairly quickly as rains moved back over Chez Herd, so Landon was alleviating boredom in a typical Siberian Husky way.

What shall I do?

What shall I do?

Winds roared over the ridges around our house Thursday night and into Friday morning, bringing with them even more rain. No one was excited to see yet more sogginess, as the picture above attests. But, no worries, we Siberian Huskies are quite adept and finding entertainment. All Landon needed was to find his big brother and . . .

Clash of the Titans.

Clash of the Titans.

And, for a precious few seconds, it looked like Landon might actually be winning a wrestling match with his older brother. Have no fear, Frankie Suave is used to dealing with little brothers and soon turned the tables.

Uncle! Uncle!

Uncle! Uncle!

Mud Freckles

January 10, 2009 |

Lots of snow, lots of rain, muddy roads, four-wheel drive, and an open jeep window.  This is when a dog should not hold their head out of the window, as demonstrated by Natasha and Kodiak as they show off their Mud Freckles.
