After yesterday’s post about the Speed Racer Club, Qannik’s fans wanted to know if he was preparing for a speed test. Here is his response.

You think I can’t handle a speed test?

Typhoon’s surprised look suggested to some fans that Qannik had a sudden burst of speed that was captured on film. Of course, the culprit was Cheeseewhiz, but we asked the Q-Tip if he would like to fire up the turbo and prove his speed.

You have doubts?

Just last week, Hu-Dad saw an incredible quickness from the Q. Dinner was being served and he was at the bottom of the yard. What followed was a sprint like you have never seen as Q raced for his dinner. Unlike his little brother Ty, Q has never met a meal he didn’t devour – including many things considered by lesser dogs as inedible. So we asked him if he would like to recreate the scene for the camera, only without food involved.

I would, but there is an interesting bug over there . . . and you said you didn’t have food.
