Flooding Changes Plans For Our S-RV Trip

Heavy rains early this week have mostly been a minor inconvenience, but now flooding changes plans for our S-RV vacation.

Still walking, just in a different park.

Still walking, just in a different park.

Our plans were to move to Big Ridge State Park just north of Knoxville, Tennessee yesterday, but Mother Nature had other ideas. The park posted on Facebook a whole series of pictures showing why they just are not able to accept campers right now.

Hopefully, they will dry out soon and damage will be minimal, but that shifted our RVing plans and we went to Norris Dam State Park instead. Just in case, Landon practiced his flood avoidance.

Can't get the feety-feet wet.

Sorry, but Film Fridays are really tough to do on the road, particularly when internet access is spotty. It will return next week!

Mom ‘n Ebby say: Woooooow, The Herd would need “water wings” to go for a walk in THAT park. (Oh, the “Head Pictures” — there’s one for Penny!)
