Investigating The Noise Upstairs

Hu-Dad was enjoying a quiet evening when he heard a thump. Since the dogs never go to the second floor, he had to determine what caused the noise upstairs.

What could possible be causing the noise upstairs?

What could possibly be causing the noise upstairs?

Hu-dad’s keen eye spotted an intruder upstairs. Of course, that wasn’t particularly difficult considering the sound of running paws, er, well, some unidentified clattering sound. Having his suspicions of the cause, Hu-Dad went upstairs and was greeted by this:

Oh, you are trying to find the intruder, too?

Oh, you are trying to find the intruder, too?

Sure, that’s our story. Landon was faster than Hu-Dad and raced upstairs to chase away whatever was making that noise. The fact that Hu-Dad’s first glimpse of the intruder revealed a creature who looked quite similar to Landon was just a coincident. As was that trademark tail. Nothing suspicious here.

Now that the danger has been chased away, Landon is headed back downstairs where he belongs.

Mom sez: Just have to check out all those dark corners, make sure all is secure, so no uninvited invaders can hide anywhere inside (especially upstairs)!

Go Landon! Make you security rounds, check every nook and corner to make sure everyone is safe. The Queen would have been very proud of you! Keep up the food work, and Santa Paws just might bring you a special treat!

Somehow..I believe you have actually adopted Typhoon’s either brother, or younger sibling…

Or more accurately stated….you’re screwed 😛

Lmfao. Most Sibes I have met have half a screw loose. The well behaved ones like Frankie are letting down the breed and giving humans too high expectations. Intelligent, strong willed, stubborn and high energy dogs will push your boundaries. Hard. It’s one of the most endearing (and frustrating) Sibe trait. Think Nikita (the Hu-dad’s first Sibe).

We have long threatened to yank Frankie’s Siberian Husky Union Card. Can you believe that he even comes when called? Well, mostly.

The horror. Have the other members of the herd taught him any better?

Hu-dad his stealthy ways saved you. And technically they do go upstairs for bed correct? So see Landon was merely protecting the sanctity of Hu-dads bed…what an excellent dog he is.

Who says Sibes don’t make good guard dogs? Certainly not Landon!
