You probably remember bear burglars had the audacity to steal some of our food. No worries, because Chewy sent bear-free food.
Chewy was one of our very first comments on our Facebook page and our Twitter feed. They wanted to replace the eaten food. But, we protested, this wasn’t their fault. Let’s face it, the bear ate our homework. That is no one’s fault. But they insisted and shipped the replacement bag.
Through all of our years ordering from Chewy, their customer service has always been stellar. On the rare occasions when they made an error, they quickly and graciously fixed it. In this case, though, they did absolutely nothing wrong – and yet they still insisted on fixing it. That’s quality customer service and we respect it!
Note – As always, we give full disclosure any time we mention a product where we have some sort of financial relationship. In this case, we receive absolutely no compensation of any kind from Chewy. All of our purchases from them are made at full retail price just like any other customer. We did receive this particular bag of food for free, but it was not done with any thought that we would mention their services. They just did it because that is Chewy.
