Quiet Monday After A Hectic Weekend

Yes, we know you are reading this on Tuesday, but we had a quiet Monday after a hectic weekend, so we want to just savor our quiet start to the week.

We did our usual long afternoon walk yesterday, but the rest of the day was spent hanging out around Chez Herd. Anyone who has ever adopted a rescue knows that it takes several days (to weeks) for a newbie to get fully comfortable. The first several days are spent exploring every inch of the new space.

Landon spent much of yesterday napping with his new brothers and sisters. Awake time was spent just hanging out and enjoying each other’s company, as the following picture shows:

Mom ‘n Ebby say: Landon seemed to seamlessly fit into what was an empty space, almost like there was NO empty space. How wonderful. EVERYpup seems to be adjusting to having him join the Herd as well!
