We nap through the long, hazy summer days. Unfortunately, a certain young member of our Herd becomes bored, causing disturbance and disruption.

The little wheels start turning in his head and the only possible result will be chaos. Chaos results in Fun Police Chief Kiska yelling. And, yet, he simply can not resist the temptation to stir things up.
