Basement Building

We had another hot day (ok, 77ºF), so Frankie resumed basement building. He didn’t expect a view of a great show as a bonus.

Must build cool spot.

Must build cool spot.

Frankie’s excavation project continues under the picnic table. Hu-Dad expressed concern that the table might soon fall into the sink hole, but Frankie says heat must be avoided at all costs. And, yes, he found great comfort, even if he was surrounded by jealous dogs.

I built it - it's mine. Basement building

I built it – it’s mine.

Soon, Frankie will need to construct steps in order to enter and exit his basement.

But it's nice and cool.

But it’s nice and cool.

As an added bonus, the basement has a terrific view of the regular floor show at Sibe Quentin. And, yes, Typhoon still has not learned that Cheoah will always win.

Going badly - and it has just started.

Going badly – and it has just started.

But, of course, this is Film Friday, so we have an entire video for your enjoyment. We hope you are impressed with Frankie’s construction skills. And Cheoah’s patience with her little brother.

I love the video. The heard are quite amazing with all their antics. The basement digging, I don’t know if the picnic table will stand much more ground removable. But they enjoyed it, that’s all the matters. I love these guys, everyone of them.

I liked the early chomp by Cheoah on Frankie. Must be the way they say “that was my project” before Frankie ganked it 🙂

    Also, MUST PLUCK THEM! *twitches*

Mom sez” Frankie has been, and still is, my favourite member of the Herd, but I love watching all of them in action. That Typhoon just never seems to learn. Oh well, maybe he’ll grow up one day!
