We will admit that we are still recovering from the rain day after day, but yesterday qualified as a beautiful day no matter what the comparison. And beautiful days have to be celebrated with outdoor activities.
And what sort of outdoor activities do we like to celebrate. One of our favorite is a group activity:
Lots of rain brings the grubs to the surface and they are quite the delicacy. Hu-Dad is particularly impressed with our landscaping skills.
Nothing is better than taking control of the picnic table and handling sentry duty. The view is spectacular. Just ask Frankie.
Uh, Qanniki, inquiring about the meal schedule is not technically an outdoor activity. And you do it rain or shine. But, come to think of it, we do enjoy snacks!
